Sorry I am out today. Not only am I under the weather, but I also have two boys down for the count.
Please be productive today. Follow the instructions below (in order plz):
- Take out Charles, a writing tool and a highlighter
- Reread the story and hilight any part of the story where the character of Laurie is revealed (Speech Thoughts Effect on others toward character Actions Looks)
- On the last page of the story generate a list of at least 5 possible adjectives that describe Laurie
- Choose the adjective that is most supportable and fill out the chart on the back of this sheet. I know there is space for 3 adjectives ONLY list ONE and support it 3 times.
- Hand in your story (be sure name is on it) and this handout with your name on it as well.
- If time remains, read in your IR book
- HW: Read 20 minutes and keep post its-status of the class tomorrow
