LW#8:
Look over your post its from last night and today. Choose one that is going to be worth your time to think about.
Which one might lead you to:
- understand a character better?
- understand the plot better?
- understand the author's reason for writing a particular event or character into the story?
- understand something about human nature or how your life is similar or different and what you can learn from that?
Follow the directions you have paste dinto your reader's notebook and start writing and learning! Use TRANSITIONS!
HW: Investigate possible WWII books you would like to read and come in armed with title and author of at least 2 possible ones.Fill them out on the worksheet I handed out in class and bring the worksheet in completed tomorrow.
