- Please place both names on the slide that introduces your room--Curated by...
- Place your name on your individual exhibit slide
- Check your titles- Room title should be the topic; exhibit title should be the caption of the picture we are looking at--tell us who, when and where we are viewing
- Justify all text (select all and align using tools shown below)
- Double check your writeups by reading them aloud to your partner. Make changes as necessary
- PRACTICE
- Secure device to record with. Be sure you are logged into a Google account that is yours, if someone has not logged out, be sure to log him/her out.
- Record as three separate tracks (rename so it is easy to find them)
- Share to your drive
- Create button that says AUDIO on each exhibit
- Link tracks to the word AUDIO
- Proofread for typos and capitalizations
